Blog 5: My future Job
Hi Everyone, I hope you’re having a wonderful week!
As
you can see in the title today’s post is about future jobs or carrer paths, so how do I see myself in the short and long
term? I think this is a very good question, but at the same time it’s
little bit difficult for me, I mean I see myself working on what I am studying
now, if it hadn’t been that way I would not continue in this career, but I
think in the cientific careers you can dedícate to many things.
People who work
in science carrers are responsable for many of the things we, as society, benefit from every day- ways to prevent and cure
diseases, new technology, and
strategies to help control climate change- with all this options, jobs in these
sectors can across so many different and fascinating areas, so I can’t say I
have career plans, at least not for now.
But if I’m honest, what I would most like to do in the short term is to teach at the university and thus be able to contribute to the educational process of hundreds of students, and in the long term I would like to work in a laboratory, in areas such as infertility, pathology, haematology or genetics, even in forensic fields, I would love it.

Thanks
